But not only a suger addict, I love flavours, tastes and going on weekly tastings adventures baking my own goodies, and off course being able to travel and taste -my excellent pallet (yip my taste bid are amazing!) has made it possible to create my own taste explosions.
I love to see people’s reaction when they sit down for a tasting session. Especially non cake eaters, finishing everything! Whooha Mission Accomplished!

Fun filled classes for wanne be bakers, bakery owners, home based bakers, or just for the fun it, started two weeks ago at Le Petit Artisan Treat Baking Studio-
I had terrible nightmares the week before my Macaron course started-yes waking in cold sweet and heart stopping screams-
I am not trained to train, Being a self-taugh Baker -I have done it by surving the tube and lots of recearch-and for the love of baking! Yes behold I am not a trained Pastry chef, I bake from the heart! Teaching the Macaron course to two well established bakers and a perir four queen was at the least, very intimidating!! You know who you are💕
But when the course started I realized what a amazing group of people we are, and we had so much knowledge to share!!!

Two Zero One Six was a according to many of you out there a very tedious and stressful year. I was lucky enough to have the time of my life-Entering a South Africa 🇿🇦 Baking Competition last year on the spur of moment and walking away with the title in April was what my 2016 dreams were made of.
The prize was a fully paid Culinary Dream Tour of NYC that we took in July. A piece of my heart is still in the Big Apple. What a amazing City to experience!
Hard work paid off in November when I was able to Launch another dream of mine, my own baking studio-Le Petit has a stunning studio now where I can work my magic and teach others how to sprinkle some glitter glamour while baking & cooking.
Thats why my motto for this year 2017 will be….
